Quote from a Bridgenex client 4 months after the initial integration of Bridgenex RPO into her company's staffing process.
First, I want to let you know that you are doing a great job, very rarely am I getting managers coming to me anymore (this has always been a problem in the past) as a result of a lack of resume flow on their positions - more often I have managers coming to me to tell me that they enjoy working with both of your account managers - thank you!
Second, in part because of your great work, I find that I receive approximately 3 to 4 hundred e-mails everyday! This makes it difficult for me to get to important e-mails (especially yours) because I have to weed through them all. So, I would like to ask that going forward you copy me on e-mails that you feel I need to know about, but on general e-mails that you are working with managers on you do not need to copy me. With that said, there is an assumption that you are keeping records on which candidates are being presented on a requisition, and the weekly reports you provide are sufficient for my needs.
Thanks and keep up the good work.
